But most of all, the Merino Wool & Nylon 1.3 gauge loose knit in black. Ah, The things I could do with that.

Also, in the paper the other day, I read this article about the $3700 Balmain jeans stocked at Land's End.

"At first glance, there is nothing obvious about the skinny jeans to justify the huge price tag."

Ahhhhhh. Ha. Haha. Ha.
People make me laugh. Or cringe.

I love staying up late with a good book.

Yesterday!

Woo hoo.

Ece & Lisa's show at Ma Gallery.

After work I dashed off to the Friedrich Gray studio to pick up a pair of jeans for myself.

Me likey! 

Then raced around the corner to the gallery to have a quick run through before the show.

Hargle showed up not long after me & before we knew it - drunk half an hour before the show started. 

HA. Numbbb.

My brain was like....

Ah, such class.

I met with Lauren today for lunch.

My little bean.

We had pizza and coffee and cookies and rain and annoying waiter and fashion talk and ring finger complications and hair styles and frothing and gold plating and zippers and chains and cuddles.

Today I was at the Friedrich Gray studio.

On the way there, I went for a pleasant crisp morning detour walk.

During this walk I picked up Harper's Bazaar and a coffee.

Then Ivana came to visit & we went to lunch.

Mmmmm story telling is good.

So....

I tried the choc banana scones from Bakers Delight.

Not half bad. Good ending to my lunch.

I don't think scones can be considered a dessert.

Well.... It was today.

Went back to the studio and it began to rain.

As I left this afternoon I pulled out this weedy little umbrella that sheltered my head.

But not my body.

If I was like... 5 foot, then maybe half my body would be dry.

How the hell do you prevent shoes and legs getting wet in the rain?

....

Huge garbage bags encasing each leg and tied up to your thighs?

Attractive on so many levels.

Today was Ece & Lisa's run through for their show at Ma Gallery.

Someone that goes by the name of Alpha Hargle showed up way too early.

Hang over included. Sufferrrrrrrrrrr.

It was heart warming to see Keshia [Alpha Hargle] Ece, Kee & Lisa again.

Reunions are nice.

....

Not all of them though.

Anyway,

Some of the garments were perilously short.

Like....

SHORT.

There were asses and side boob action and hargles and WHOAH.

Kee's dog, Booger is his name - threw up water.  ew. haha

Show's on Thursday - note to self - buy champagne.

Today Joel had leather studded belts around his pecs and his groin.

Last night I went to an exhibition launch at Land's End.

'Crossing' was the collaborative work of Jordan Askill & Tim Richardson

After that, we went to the opening night of Fashion Weekend.

What a waste of life.

Boring, Painful & Unnecessary.

On another note, Anna Wintour has explained why she is always wearing sunglasses.

In an interview with 60 Minutes -

"They are seriously useful," she explains. "I can sit in a show and if I am bored out of my mind, nobody will notice... At this point, they have become, really, armor."

I should have thought of that last night.
