We talked about life... And careers.
How we all wanted to have certain careers as kids.
My parent's never took me seriously when I told them my dream job.
Maggie & I discussed how fucked it is that there is an accepted notion of what a good job is.
So many people never really pursue their first initial ambition.
They end up doing something that will pay the bills.
Few people get to do what they really enjoy, and get paid well for it.
This makes me sad.
I guess not everyone can have their dream job.... But why give up on it?
People work their whole lives, being unsatisfied and they must look back and think "what a waste."
I'm so scared of falling into that trap.
